By accessing or using the Azhal Organics website (azhal.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Products & Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and prices are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to correct any errors or update pricing without notice. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Product availability is subject to change.
3. Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email from us. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Free shipping applies to orders above ₹699; orders below that are charged a flat ₹50 shipping fee. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns & Replacements
Unused, unopened products in original packaging may be replaced within 7 days of delivery if damaged, defective, or incorrect. A clear opening/unboxing video of the sealed package is mandatory to be eligible for a replacement — requests without one cannot be processed. Opened products cannot be replaced unless damaged or defective. To initiate a replacement, contact info@azhal.in with your order ID, reason, and unboxing video. We do not offer refunds — only replacements.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Azhal Organics and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
7. Privacy & Data
We collect only the information necessary to process your orders and improve your experience. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (e.g., courier partners). All data is stored securely and in compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Azhal Organics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the order in question. Individual results from skincare products may vary.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.
