Payment FAQs

Is it safe to save my card details?

We use Razorpay's secure vault to optionally store card details. Your data is encrypted and never visible to us. You can delete saved cards at any time from your profile.

Why was my payment declined?

Payments can be declined due to insufficient funds, incorrect OTP, bank outage, or card restrictions. Try a different payment method or contact your bank. Your money is not deducted on failed transactions.

Can I pay on delivery?

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All payments must be completed online at checkout. This ensures faster order processing and better security.

Are there any hidden charges?

No hidden charges. The price you see at checkout — including any applicable shipping fees — is exactly what you pay. GST is included in our product prices.

How do I get a refund for a failed payment?

If your payment was deducted but the order wasn't placed, the amount will automatically be reversed within 5–7 business days. Contact us at info@azhal.in if it's not resolved.
