7-day replacement policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order is placed.
Delivery Timelines
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote or rural pin codes may experience extended delivery times of up to 10 business days.
Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹699. For orders below ₹699, a flat ₹50 shipping fee applies at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to our courier partner's tracking portal. You can also track your order any time from our Track Order page.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After the third failed attempt, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
In the rare event that your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at info@azhal.in with your order ID, an unboxing video, and photos of the damaged packaging. We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you — we do not offer refunds.
